This event is primarily for all National Finalists (the Regional Winners) and their guests but tickets are available to anyone involved in the wedding industry. Please note that this event does not feature formal dining.
A unique opportunity to toast
the very best of the wedding industry, the event is intended to be a
spectacular beginning to a new year that allows us all to acknowledge
the hard work that the regional and national winners have poured into
their clients’ dream days.
If you won a regional award you
automatically become a national finalist and you will obviously want to
be there, but this event is open to anyone involved in the wedding
industry. (Regional winners were announced at our series of regional
events that took place during November.)
In the spectacular surroundings of the Cafe de Paris,
set in the heart of London's West End, you will have plenty of chance
to chat to your peers and make new connections whilst enjoying
complimentary drinks and delicious bowl food. A cash bar will also be
available because this is, after all, a celebration! There will also be
an array of incredible entertainment from Dancefloor Couture and more to be conformed soon.
will then be down to the business of the event; the awards presentation
itself. The national winners of each of The Wedding Industry Awards
categories will be announced live on stage by TWIA founder Damian Bailey
and a Special Guest, following which the winners will be given photo
opportunities and interviews.
Please note that, as with all our
events, this is not a formal dining event where guests are seated for a
meal around tables. Instead, the emphasis is on friendly networking and
the ability to roam around the room to enjoy the evening as much as
possible with your friends and colleagues in the industry. We know how
the wedding industry like to party and we want to give you the best
possible opportunity to do that as we celebrate the excellence within
Winning a National title has been fantastic for business and has really raised our profile. Our brides and grooms really respect the awards and a lot of them have found us on TWIA website.
Sian Wild, The Flower Lounge, National Winner TWIA 2017
The TWIA web site and Directory are brilliant. They really helped us decide who to book for our wedding.
