What to do once you’ve entered.
Here’s a reminder of some important dates for your diary:
- Entries close: 5pm on Monday 23rd September.
- Voting closes: 5pm on Monday 30th September
- Regional Finalists will be announced in early-October (on our web site and by email).
- Regional Awards Events take place in November 2024. We’ll announce and present all the Regional Winners live on stage so make sure your event is in your diary.
- National Awards Event, where we will announce and present all the National Winners, will take place in London on Wednesday 22nd January 2025.

ONCE YOU HAVE ENTERED TWIA YOU NEED TO DO THE FOLLOWING…
**WARNING** Seemingly boring but actually very IMPORTANT info below…
ASK YOUR COUPLES TO VOTE FOR YOU
Only your eligible wedding clients may vote for you in TWIA. Only your couples whose weddings took/take place between 02.10.23 and 30.09.24 are eligible to vote for you. One Vote per couple and only AFTER their wedding has taken place.
Your eligible couples can only Vote on our web site via your Unique Voter Link, available from your Judging Profile Admin Dashboard. Log in HERE.
Send your Unique Voter Link to all your eligible wedding couples. More on this HERE.
Any entries with zero votes when voting closes at 5pm on Monday 30th September will be automatically removed form the competition.
COMPLETE YOUR JUDGING PROFILE
Your Judging Profile is only seen by the Judging Panel and only after Voting has closed on September 30th.
You can edit all aspects of your Judging Profile anytime before Voting closes on September 30th.

YOUR TWIA DIRECTORY LISTING
Please note that the TWIA Directory is different and separate to our main web site. Your Directory Listing is where anyone organising a wedding will find your business. Your Judging Profile is not visible to the public and only becomes visible to the Judging Panel after voting has closed and the Judging Process has begun.
The TWIA Directory is exclusive to entrants, finalists and winners, and so extremely useful to couples organising their weddings.
You get a free listing, a major benefit of entering the awards.
