We often get asked if it is too late to enter the awards. The short answer is no. If you enter before the deadline it is not too late. It makes no difference to the judging process when you enter the awards; there is no advantage or disadvantage.

• About 30% of all businesses enter in the final month before entries close.
• About 50% of the 25,000 votes we receive are placed in the final three weeks before voting closes.

Business owners often worry that they won’t have enough time to get their votes in etc but it’s human nature to respond to a looming deadline. 90% of the work in 10% of the time! Your couples will LOVE to vote for you and they will, especially as the deadline approaches.

So, you can enter on the day that entries close and spend the following week getting your votes in and finalising your submission and you’ll have just as much chance as a business that entered on the day entries opened. Who knows, it might just pay off like it did for Urban Cakehouse and many others.
